This seminar is designed to provide practical information to those in the legal profession new to considering the instruction of counsel. It will discuss:

• How to choose
• Terms of instruction
• Actual instruction
• Team work
The seminars will be chaired by a senior member of Ampersand, with talks from a junior member of the stable and Ampersand’s Clerk.
This seminar willl be suitable for trainees and solicitors with less than 5 years PQE.
