Contingency Planning - Are you ready for Disaster?

13 Apr 10

Dundee

CPD: 3 hours (Management)

More importantly, is your company?

People only learn the value of preparing for a disaster after they have been a victim.

This half day course brings into focus the whys and hows of Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity. It will highlight the real business benefits of having a plan in place as well as giving a way forward.

This half day session looks to address real issues that effect businesses every day.

Situations such as:

• The street your business is on is closed on Monday morning – Do you know what to do or do your staff know?

• The mains electricity has been cut off indefinitely

• Flooding, a very real problem as the Media shows

• Your IT server has crashed

• The mains water supply has been cut to your premises

• The building next to yours is on fire

This informative session will make you think about the what ifs and hopefully sort them before they turn into a reality. Making your company stronger and less vunerable.
