CPD For New Lawyers: Dual Qualification

This course will be of interest to trainees and solicitors with less than 5 years PQE, who are exploring the possibility of embarking on the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test to become qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, and therefore dual qualified.

The course will cover:
• Reasons for becoming dual qualified
• The QLTT process
• Opportunities and challenges for dual qualified solicitors
• Opportunities and challenges for employers of dual qualified solicitors
