David Wilson is a solicitor advocate and partner in the Glasgow office of Digby Brown LLP. He deals in all types of personal injury actions and is an accredited specialist in personal injury. In recent years he has built up a thriving network of law firms conducting personal injury in partnership and as referrals. He has lectured through out the country on a wide variety of personal injury issues.

Leonie Young is a solicitor in the Edinburgh office of HBJ Gateley Wareing. She is a commercial litigator with considerable experience in handling contractual disputes and personal and corporate insolvency disputes. She also has extensive experience in defending personal injury actions for both companies and insurers.
