Update are pleased to announce that following on from the success of last year’s Management Series we are re-running the “one stop shop” with two new topics.
The first half of the session will help you to discover how an understanding of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can have a real impact on you, the people around you and your bottom line. We will give you an understanding of what NLP is and how you can use it in a work environment to help you to engage, influence and communicate elegantly whilst maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. You will leave with some powerful tools to help you get the most out of your business relationships.
The second half looks at how you can utilise coaching skills to manage the performance of your team members. We will cover goal setting, coaching techniques and skills of questioning and providing feedback to assist you in reaching your business goals and maximising the potential of your employees.
