The complex judicial and legal implications of the UK's impending departure from the European Union will be the focus of this year's Macfadyen Lecture, organised by the Scottish Council of Law Reporting.
Judge Ian Forrester, a UK judge of the General Court of Justice of the European Union, will deliver the lecture, held annually in honour of the late Lord Macfadyen, on the title is "Brexit: a judicial view".
