Working in the legal sector inevitably means that we need to deal with challenges and problems on a near daily basis. It might be one overwhelming issue or a constant wave of smaller setbacks that conspire against us, undermine our confidence and make us question our competence and ability to prevail. Hence the need for us to explore the strategies that we might adopt to build resilience and cope with the setbacks that thwart our efforts.
This session will be led by Russell Borland and Thomas Chalmers, Partners of UK wide Coaching Consultancy, Leading Figures.
This workshop is for you if:
- setbacks tend to undermine your confidence on an ongoing basis
- recent challenges have disabled your self-belief
- you would like to be more resilient in the face of adversity
