Aileen takes up key membership role

Aileen Caskie appointed as the Society's executive director of member services and engagement

Aileen Caskie has been appointed to the newly created role of executive director of member services and engagement at the Society. Her brief is to help deliver the Society’s ambitious five year strategy which will see it provide tools and services, which members can use every day, as well as attract 10,000 new members by 2020.

Over the past five years, Caskie has managed her own strategic marketing consultancy Dynamic Heart, serving clients such as the Scottish Government’s IT service, Standard Life, Prudential, Janet and Brightstripe. Previously she spent 15 years in multiple sectors including financial services, technology, not-for-profit and energy, in London, Edinburgh and Abu Dhabi.

Caskie has experience in areas including strategic marketing, new product and service launches, commercial growth and leadership and team management. She has a BA (Hons) in English and is currently completing her Chartered Professional PGDip Marketing at Oxford College of Marketing.
