Commercial team expands at Anderson Strathern

Ian Moffett has joined Anderson Strathern as a partner in the expanding commercial real estate team.

A specialist in residential and other developments, Mr Moffett was a partner at D&W for 27 years.

Robert Carr, Chairman of Anderson Strathern said: “This appointment reflects the continued success of the commercial real estate department which has grown rapidly in recent years. Ian has a wealth of experience in this sector and his expertise will complement the skills of the team and strengthen the firm’s capacity to offer a wide range of specific services to our clients.”

Ian Moffett said: “Anderson Strathern already has an excellent reputation in the commercial real estate sector and I am pleased to be joining such a thriving and dynamic team. I very much look forward to working with my new colleagues and to contributing to the firm’s overall success.”

This appointment is the latest of four partner appointments to Anderson Strathern's commercial real estate team in the last 12 months.

The department now boasts eight partners and advises on all aspects of commercial real estate law.
