Firms land two new catches
Two more legal firms have announced lateral hires from rival practices.
Jan Foster has moved from MacRoberts to become an associate in Harper Macleod’s real estate practice group. She has 17 years’ experience in property law and Harpers' chairman Professor Lorne Crerar said she had already proved a valuable asset to clients and colleagues alike.
David Nash has joined Pinsent Masons’ Edinburgh office as a consultant to the firm’s projects practice. He was previously a partner with Shepherd+ Wedderburn and before that a senior solicitor with the Scottish Office.
Patrick Twist of Pinsent Masons said Mr Nash had a wealth of public sector knowledge and experience and the firm was pleased to have him on board.
