Two more partners for MacRoberts

Alison Horner and Ainsley McLaren have been appointed as partners at MacRoberts LLP.

Ms Horner, a specialist in construction and engineering who is dual qualified in Scots and English law, has been promoted to partner in the project group.

Ainsley MacLaren is to join the firm as a corporate tax partner with effect from 16 June, returning to MacRoberts after spells with McGrigors and Deloittes. A member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ainsley has experience of corporate tax compliance and planning work for a wide range of clients.

MacRoberts’ managing partner, Michael Murphy, said: “This is a yet another high profile appointment by MacRoberts and reflects Ainsley’s acknowledged expertise in the corporate tax sector.”
