New counsel for Terra Firma Chambers
Advocate Luise Locke has joined Terra Firma Chambers.
Formerly a partner with Murray Beith Murray WS, where she specialised in property law Ms Locke has extended her field of practice to include employment law since being admitted as a member of Faculty in 2000.
She has acted as junior counsel for the pursuers in a number of personal injury litigations, notably McTear v Imperial Tobacco on the liability of tobacco manufacturers for lung cancer.
Deputy chairman of Terra Firma Chambers, Douglas Armstrong QC, said: "The addition of Luise serves to strengthen Terra Firma’s position as one of the leading providers of advocacy services in property, planning, commercial and administrative law."
