Aberdeen law firm promotes four

Aberdeen commercial law firm Paull & Williamsons has announced the promotion of four of its lawyers.

Gary Chapman and Colin McKenzie become senior associates within the Corporate Group, and Jennifer Gardner and Jennifer Hunter are raised to associates within the Dispute Resolution Group at the firm’s offices at Union Plaza, Aberdeen.

The two corporate lawyers deal with all aspects of corporate law including, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, equity investments, reorganisations and business start-ups.

Jennifer Hunter specialises in commercial litigation, with in-depth experience of dispute resolution by means of arbitration and court proceedings.

Jennifer Gardner, a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, has several years’ experience advising on all aspects of employment law and regularly appears at employment tribunals and in the sheriff court. She also provides interactive training to clients.

Chairman of Paull & Williamsons, Alan McNiven, said: “The appointments will further strengthen the team we have here and illustrate the depth of talent we have within the practice.”
