Promotions at Biggart Baillie
Internal promotions at Biggart Baillie LLP have resulted in one new partner and two associate appointments.
Jennifer Spence of the litigation team is promoted from associate to partner, while Robin Watt and Steven Jansch are both promoted to associate.
Ms Spence joined Biggart Baillie in 1998 as a trainee and has specialised in public law litigation, particularly human rights issues, judicial review proceedings and public inquiries. She was one of the first Scottish solicitors to take a case to the new UK Supreme Court.
Mr Watt, of the property department, has extensive experience in all areas of property law including property litigation.
Mr Jansch, a member of the dispute management team, specialises in major commercial contracts, procurement, intellectual property, information technology, data protection, state aid and freedom of Information, with particular experience in relation to insolvency issues.
