Semple Fraser hires planning associate
Multinational law firm Semple Fraser LLP has announced the appointment of associate Sarah Baillie to its Planning Group.
Ms Baillie is qualified as a chartered town planner (MRTPI) as well as solicitor. She has experience advising promoters and developers on multi-million pound national projects – prior to joining Semple Fraser she spent time in London working on projects including advising the Olympic Delivery Authority on the London 2012 Olympic Games. She also advises clients in the renewables, energy and waste sectors.
Semple Fraser's planning team acts for clients such as Tesco, JJ Gallagher, Standard Life and Standard Commercial Securities.
Ms Baillie said: “I am thrilled about joining such an impressive and highly regarded team. The scale and depth of work the firm handles is very appealing, and it is a very exciting time to be working in planning law.”
