A confidential service offering practical advice on how to run a legal practice more effectively is being offered by the Society.
The Practice Advisory Service, which is free of charge, is aimed at smaller firms and sole practitioners and offers assistance and practical advice on how to juggle the day-to-day management of a business with managing a firm’s finances, implementing new business ideas, developing staff, drawing up a business plan, retaining clients and marketing a business.The service is confidential, and offers a free consultation by an advisor, who will offer suggestions on people management, risk management, financial management and client care.
