All solicitors who wish to become registered with the Scottish Football Association as players' agents must pass the players' agent exam

The Society has agreed in discussions with the Scottish Football Association (SFA) that with immediate effect all solicitors who wish to become registered with the SFA as football players’ agents will have to have passed the new players’ agent exam. This exam requirement will not apply to those solicitors already registered with the SFA.
