The Journal Online has been shortlisted for a top legal award.
It is in the running for the best legal website category of the Cuthbert Scottish Legal Awards 2005.
Other nominations include Anderson Strathern, TC Young and Tods Murray for Firm of the Year, and Blair Cadell and McVey & Murricane for Small Firm of the Year. Kyle Peddie (PSM), Allan Radlow (McVey Murricane), William McIntosh (Lindsays), Alistair Morris (Pagan Osborne) and Ewan McIntyre (Morton Fraser) compete for Partner of the Year.
Morton Fraser head the rankings with shortlistings in five categories. Tods Murray and Anderson Strathern feature in four, and McClure Naismith, Ledingham Chalmers, McGrigors, McVey & Murricane and Lindsays are each contesting two awards.
The winners will be revealed in front of 700 lawyers on 4 February at the EICC in Edinburgh.
