Harper Macleod has recruited Dr Norman Oliver as PFI & Projects Partner.
Dr Oliver, who was formerly Head of the Infrastructure Group at DLA, will be based primarily in Harper Macleod's Edinburgh office and will specialise in public sector, project finance and healthcare.
Professor Lorne Crerar, managing partner, said: "This is only the second lateral hire in the firm's history and Dr Oliver's considerable projects expertise will allow Harper Macleod to explore new sectors with greater vigour than ever before."
