Firm announces two more local authority contracts
Commercial law firm Harper Macleod LLP has announced two successful tenders to add to its social housing practice.
Harper Macleod is one of two firms appointed to South Lanarkshire Council’s approved providers list for housing legal services. The firm will work with the council’s legal department to provide a range of specialist legal services to the council.
The firm has also been appointed by Renfrewshire Council to provide legal services in relation to the proposed Large Scale Voluntary Transfer of its entire housing stock, involving around 16,000 properties. Harper Macleod claims to have worked on every successful local authority LSVT in Scotland to date.
