Morton Fraser signs up Austin Flynn from Murray Beith Murray

Morton Fraser has appointed Austin Flynn as a corporate partner.

Mr Flynn, who is currently a corporate partner and joint head of the commercial department with rival law firm Murray Beith Murray, will start on 3 May.

Dual qualified in both Scots and English law, he has held a number of key positions on both sides of the border. He has particular expertise in general corporate and commercial contract work, including significant experience of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, shareholder disputes and partnership structures.

Austin Flynn said: “I am delighted to be joining Christian Hook’s corporate team at Morton Fraser. I have known a good number of the team for some time and my arrival at Morton Fraser will re-unite me with partners Christian Hook and Lorne Byatt with whom I have worked closely on several transactions in the past.”
