Scottish Parliament makes freedom of information responses publicly available
The Scottish Parliament has launched a "Disclosure Log" of Freedom of Information requests.
The log enables members of the public to find out more about what information has been released by the Parliament under the terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, and to request the same information themselves.
It provides a chronological summary of requests for which information has been released in accordance with the Act, and the date on which the information was released.
The log can be found on the Scottish Parliament's website at:
http://www.scottish.parliament.uk/cnPages/foi/log05.htm .
The log provides a list of responses and invites enquiries to the Parliament's Information Access Manager to see the actual terms of a response.
