John Crawford has been appointed partner in the Commercial Property Group of leading Scottish law firm MacRoberts.
He joined the company in 1990 and has more than 20 years’ experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial property transactions.
His particular area of interest and expertise is property banking, acting for both lending institutions and borrower clients in security transactions relating to all types of commercial property, especially investment property and development projects.
He also specialises in transactions involving licensed and leisure premises.
His appointment brings to seven the number of partners in MacRoberts' Commercial Property Group, which spans the firm’s Glasgow and Edinburgh offices and includes a team dedicated exclusively to providing the full range of services relating to English commercial property transactions.
