New corporate and tax litigation partners for McGrigors
McGrigors has appointed two new partners - Alan Diamond and Mark Whitehouse.
Alan Drummond, who has recently been advising Bank of Scotland in relation to its funding of the offer made for The Malcolm Group, joins as corporate partner and will be based in the Edinburgh office.
Mark Whitehouse has been appointed a tax litigation partner in the firm's London office and will lead the civil and corporate tax arms of the business.
He joined from KLegal, five years ago.
