Pagan Osborne partner Susan Duff to play key role in Solicitors for the Elderly

Susan Duff, a partner in Pagan Osborne, has been appointed as regional area co-ordinator for Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).

SFE is a national association of lawyers who specialise in legal services for older people and their carers. Its aim is to improve the knowledge and service provided on legal issues including tax planning, wills, enduring powers of attorney, long-term social and health care and other retirement issues.

Members of SFE are required to have spent a substantial amount of time working for elderly clients. Ms Duff joins as the regional area co-ordinator for Edinburgh and will bring her 16 years of experience in offering legal advice to elderly clients to the role.

On the appointment, Susan Duff said: "This role with SFE will allow me to apply my skills in a different environment and I am looking forward to providing clients and colleagues with first class legal advice in a field of law which, due to the changing requirements of the elderly population, is constantly evolving.”
