Neil Burgess joins DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary
Neil Burgess has joined DLA Piper's Glasgow office from Maclay Murray & Spens.
Mr Burgess was an associate in Maclay's corporate department specialising in mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, private equity investments and joint ventures.
DLA said the move underlines the firm's commitment to Scotland's corporate market.
The team recently worked on the buy-out of Wescot Credit Services and acted for MTEM in the largest-ever university spin-out in Scotland.
