Enquiry from the solicitor for a customer of the Royal Bank of Scotland, from whom reimbursement is claimed following unauthorised activities by a bank employee

David Flint of Bonar Mackenzie, Edinburgh acts for a customer of the Royal Bank of Scotland, Edinburgh West End office. As a result of serious irregularities in the management of the accounts by a member of the banking staff, the client finds himself subject of a claim for reimbursement of a substantial amount of money to the bank.

Mr Flint thinks his client’s case is unlikely to be unique and would like to hear from any other solicitors acting on behalf of Royal Bank of Scotland customers in relation to the unauthorised use of their accounts.
