New district procurator fiscal at Falkirk

Kenny Donnelly takes up new position today
Kenny Donnelly is the new district procurator fiscal for Falkirk.
Mr Donnelly, district procurator fiscal at Kilmarnock since September 2004, joined the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service as a depute in Glasgow in 1992 having qualified as solicitor two years earlier. He was appointed a principal depute in Glasgow in 1997 and has also served in the appeals unit in Crown Office.
Geraldine Watt, Area Procurator Fiscal for Central Scotland, said: "Kenny is an able and respected prosecutor; we are delighted to welcome him to Central Scotland and to the Falkirk office."
