Two catches for Anderson Strathern

Alan Masson and Murray McCall join employment team


<p>Anderson Strathern has made two partner appointments in its growing employment unit, doubling the number of partners in the department.</p> <p>Alan Masson, formerly a partner with Macroberts, and Murray McCall, who was an associate at McGrigors, have joined the firm, which now has a Glasgow presence as well as its main Edinburgh office. </p> <p>Alan Masson is a well known employment lawyer and his appointment is a significant catch for the firm. He joins the team currently led by Alun Thomas. Murray McCall will help expand the Glasgow office.</p> <p>Anderson Strathern chairman, Robert Carr, believes the appointments will send a strong signal to the marketplace. </p> <p> He said: “Our employment unit&nbsp; has achieved a real coup in attracting partners of this calibre.
