Solicitors (Scotland) (Advertising and Promotion) Practice Rules 2006 come into force on 1 June 2006
The Solicitors (Scotland) Advertising and (Promotion) Practice Rules 2006 come into force on 1 June after being approved by the Lord President in the terms already circulated to the profession in draft. The rules will be posted to the Society’s website; anyone wishing a paper copy should contact Lisa Hamilton in the Professional Practice Department (lisahamilton@lawscot.org.uk).
