Appeal for information on bringing equal pay claims against public bodies after the six-month statutory time limit

A Dunfermline solicitor has recently been consulted by a number of former employees of a local authority seeking arrears of wages under the Equal Pay Act 1970 after the statutory time limit of six months from the date of leaving employment. He would be glad to hear from solicitors who have made similar claims against local authorities or other public bodies and who are willing to share information or pool resources.
