Wee-known family lawyers Wendy Sheehan and Rachael Kelsey are to join Pagan Osborne as partners in November.
The two are currently partners with Mowat Hall Dick. Two other lawyers and some support staff members from the same firm will also be joining Pagan Osborne.
Ms Sheehan is an accredited specialist in family law and a family mediator. She is also a part-time sheriff, while Ms Kelsey has chaired the Family Law Association and practises family and education law in both the sheriff court and Court of Session.
Mowat Hall Dick itself was formed only in 2003 from a merger of family law specialist firm Anne Hall Dick of Glasgow, and Mowat Dean of Edinburgh.
Alistair Morris, managing partner at Pagan Osborne, said including family law within the firm's portfolio of services had been intended for some time. Once the appointments are in place, Pagan Osborne will have 12 partners at its offices in Edinburgh and Fife.
