Tribunal not persuaded by Glasgow solicitor's constructive dismissal claim
A Glasgow lawyer has lost her sex discrimination case, in which she claimed she had been constructively dismissed from the firm McClure Collins when she fell pregnant.
Angela Devine, 37, claimed the firm's head Gerry McClure changed his attitude towards her once she told him she was expecting. She wanted compensation for alleged sex discrimination and constructive and unfair dismissal.
However, in a written statement, the tribunal's chairperson Shona MacLean said the panel had not been convinced by Ms Devine's evidence.
