Finance and tax specialists strengthen firms' London offices
The law firms McGrigors and Dundas & Wilson have each announced new hires for their London offices.
Dennis Dixon has joined the tax litigation team at McGrigors from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC), where he worked as a tax barrister on high-profile anti-avoidance and regulatory cases. With HMRC currently mounting a concerted attack on avoidance, Mr Dixon is set to find himself in opposition to his former colleagues.
Kenneth Maxwell has been appointed as a partner with Dundas & Wilson and will head the firm's property finance team in London. For the past five years he has been a partner at Field Fisher Waterhouse.
