maloco + associates announces business success since start out in February
Dunfermline-based solicitors and estate agents Maloco + associates have announced bumper six-month sales figures.
The business recorded 258 property sales in its first period of trading (February-July 2006), and claims that the rest of 2006 is shaping up to be just as successful.
Maloco + associates rebranded in February from Hunters, part of the PSM Law Group.
The 258 property sales were up 13% on Hunters' figures for the same period in 2005. The total value of property sold rose to £37,181,508 compared with £32,030,970. Maloco + associates also picked up a silver award in the UK Estate Agents of the Year awards.
Principal partner Michael Maloco said: “The figures for our first six months – in particular the huge increase in sales compared with last year – show that the local property market remains very strong. That trend shows every sign of continuing.”
