Jaki Carnegie joins new management board as firm bids to double in size
The legal, financial and property firm Pagan Osborne has appointed Jaki Carnegie as its operations director.
Taking up a key role on the newly formed management board, Ms Carnegie will be responsible for finance, IT systems, business improvement and cashroom management.
Ms Carnegie previously worked as managing director with the Lauder Group. A non-lawyer, she will join Pagan Osborne's management team of chief executive Alistair Morris, HR & organisational development director Alison Denton, legal director Alan Innes and property director Matthew Gray. The firm also hopes to appoint a financial head.
Ms Carnegie's first task will be to promote the integration of the firm’s legal and non-legal services.
Chief executive Alistair Morris said: “The creation of the post reflects the ambition of the firm to fulfil our potential and reach our projected growth over the next few years.
“Jaki is an established business woman with an exceptional track record. We welcome her and look forward to her involvement in what is a new era for Pagan Osborne.”
Pagan Osborne is looking to double its size over the next four years.
