Paul Graham of Dundas & Wilson's London office has been elected as the legal director of the National Outsourcing Association (NOA) for a three year term.
The NOA aims to promote best practice, service and innovation in the application and development of outsourcing and offshoring. It also lobbies the UK Government, regulatory bodies and the EU on issues affecting its members.
As legal director, Mr Graham's role will be to provide members with legal and regulatory advice. He will also co-ordinate and submit responses to new legislation relating to outsourcing or offshoring.
Of his new role, Mr Graham said: “Outsourcing has become an extremely important part of doing business in Britain today, and if we are to remain competitive in this area it’s important that both customers and suppliers of outsourced services are in the best possible position to continue to prosper.”
