Profits rise at Tods Murray

Firm records £9.5 million for year to March 2006
Edinburgh-based law firm Tods Murray LLP has reported gross profits of £9.5 million in the year to 31 March 2006.
The firm's published accounts show a rise from £8.4 million in the previous 11-month period. Net profits were £7.8 million, or an average of £183,000 for the 43 partners.
Tods Murray, which has offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, was ranked 12th in Scotland by number of fee-earners in the 2006 Legal 500.
