Partner hire takes McGrigors' corporate team to 79

Gary Anderson joins Edinburgh office from Dundas & Wilson
McGrigors LLP has added another partner to its corporate team in Edinburgh.
Gary Anderson's appointment brings the number in the firm's UK corporate team to 79, including 17 partners.
He previously worked for 13 years with Dundas & Wilson and has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions across the UK, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other funding arrangements, joint venture and group reorganisation.
Richard Masters, head of McGrigors' corporate team in Scotland and Northern Ireland, said: “Gary’s expertise and experience strengthens our proposition not only across Scotland but also at a UK level in both the private equity and M&A markets.”
McGrigors' current total partner strength in its offices in the UK and overseas is 76.
