Ruthven Gemmell and Niall Scott to watch over Institute
Ruthven Gemmell, the outgoing President of the Law Society of Scotland, and Niall Scott, former chairman of McGrigors, have been appointed as public interest members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.
The role involves ensuring that the Institute operates with integrity and transparency.
Another public interest member, Mrs Barbara Duffner, has been reappointed for a three year term.
