Partner promotion at Bell & Scott

Ruth Maclean has been appointed a partner at the commercial property law firm Bell & Scott.

Ms Maclean joined the firm as an associate in Bell & Scott's housebuilding team in 2002. Her particular areas of expertise are land acquisition for housing and mixed use developments.

Managing partner Iain MacDonald said Ms Maclean's skills would help service an increasingly complex and fast-moving industry.
