New partner for Aberdeen firm

Alasdair Freeman takes on new role in business services division


Aberdeen commercial law firm Paull & Williamsons has strengthened its business services division with the promotion of Alasdair Freeman to partner.

Mr Freeman has worked with the firm for the last 10 years and specialises in corporate work. His new role will involve him working on a range of projects including acquisitions, reorganisations and reconstructions.

Bruce Smith, chairman at Paull & Williamsons, said: "The firm prides itself in providing clients with partner-led teams and Alasdair will be a real asset to the business services team. We look forward to celebrating Alasdair’s second decade with the firm in the years to come."

Paull & Williamsons has a total of 28 partners working for the firm across its four divisions: business services, property services, dispute resolution and private client.
