Robert Hynd joins firm as corporate consultant
Semple Fraser has appointed Robert Hynd as a corporate consultant, whose role it will be to keep clients up to date with corporate legal issues.
Mr Hynd has almost 30 years' experience in the legal industry and has a range of skills in corporate law, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial services compliance and corporate governance. He is a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s company law committee and was a founder member of its Scottish Parliament Group.
Scott Kerr, head of the corporate group at Semple Fraser, said: “We are delighted to welcome Robert to the team. [His] expertise will assist us to keep our clients up to date on the threats posed and opportunities presented in a fast changing corporate landscape.”
