Partner and associate will make up new specialist team
HBJ Gateley Wareing has a new specialist infrastructure and project finance team within its public sector group in Edinburgh.
The team comprises newly appointed partner Dr Norman Oliver and associate Sandra Hartley, who have both joined from Harper Macleod.
