Murray International Holdings' David Horne joins company board

David Horne, Murray International Holdings (MIH) head of legal, has been appointed to the company’s executive board.

Mr Horne, who joined MIH in 1993, is the MIH group company secretary as well as head of legal. He was the first in-house lawyer to be named Scottish Corporate Lawyer of the Year in 2005.

MIH’s chairman Sir David Murray welcomed Mr Horne to the board and said that his knowledge and specialist skills would drive forward the business.

Murray International Holdings is a privately-owned group which employs 4,000 people worldwide in the metals, property, investment and business process outsourcing sectors. It also owns Rangers Football Club.
