Two specialists join McClure Naismith

David Montague joins firm's London office, while Thomas Morrison starts in Edinburgh
The commercial law firm McClure Naismith has strengthened its banking and asset finance practice with the appointment of senior specialists in insolvency and consumer banking.
Corporate recovery specialist David Montague joins the London office as a consultant in corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency and debt financing. He has more than 20 years’ experience in debt financings, and has for the past 10 years specialised in corporate recovery and insolvency issues.
Thomas Morrison has joined the firm’s Edinburgh office as an associate specialising in consumer banking. He joins from Dundas and Wilson, and will advise McClures’ banking and asset finance clients on increasingly complex legal and regulatory issues affecting the finance sector.
