Planning appointments for DLA Piper
Experts join firm's planning and regeneration team
DLA Piper Scotland has expanded its planning capability by appointing two new people to the firm’s UK planning and regeneration team.
John Watchman, the editor of Scottish Planning and Environmental Law, joins as a consultant, and Michael Greig joins as an associate from MacRoberts. Between them the two have more than 40 years’ experience of advising government, local government and private sector clients on the delivery of a wide range of private and public projects.
Sandy Telfer, DLA Piper's head of planning for Scotland, said: "DLA Piper now offers unrivalled expertise in Scotland in the delivery of major transport and other infrastructure projects.
"These new arrivals mean the experience and expertise of the UK planning team has been broadened further to include direct involvement in a number of major Scottish projects."
