Expansion of Glasgow operation for Lindsays

Firm to acquire Kidstons from April
Edinburgh-based solicitors Lindsays have acquired the Glasgow firm Kidstons in an expansion of their west of Scotland operations.
Lindsays' current Glasgow team will move into Kidstons' office in April, at which point Kidstons' six partners and 26 other staff will join Lindsays.
Kidstons' areas of expertise include employment law, litigation, private client and residential property work.
Lindays' management board partner David Reith said the acquisition was a key strategic development for Lindsays.
Lindsays currently has two offices in Edinburgh, one in Glasgow and one in North Berwick.
