Mr Miller, who joins from Brodies, has 10 years' experience advising on all aspects of direct and indirect corporate tax. Mr Concanon, dual-qualified as a chartered accountant and solicitor, comes with extensive experience in tax structuring and corporate transactions in the UK and overseas.
Chief executive Patrick Andrews said: "We have seen considerable growth in the corporate tax arena in recent years and we are committed to appointing the most knowledgeable and experienced advisers to ensure that this practice group continues to develop.
