New roles for Alasdair Smith and Stuart Robertson, along with assoicate promotions
The Aberdeen law firm Paull & Williamsons has appointed a new partner and promoted one of its business specialists along with a number of associates.
Alasdair Smith has been promoted to partner in the corporate division in the firm's business services group, dealing with all aspects of corporate law.
Stuart Robertson is joining the firm as a partner in the dispute resolution group, specialising in employment law. He joins Paull & Williamsons from an Edinburgh firm.
Iain McClay, who joined Paull & Williamsons in January as private practice pensions lawyer, has been promoted to senior associate within the firm.
Four lawyers have also been promoted within the Property Services Group. Lesley Currie and Carolyn Richards have become senior associates and Theresa Hunt and Kim Johnston have become associates.
